Local and non-local orders are delivered via Australia Post shipping costs depends on the destination, weight and size of the order weight. Please allow between 3 to 6 business days for both local and non-local orders to be delivered depending on the delivery option you chose.

Return Policy
We carefully check all items in your order before mailing it. However, if items are missing or have been sent incorrectly, you must contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order. Please include your order number and contact information on the email. If item(s) are missing or have been sent incorrectly by us, we will cover the delivery cost when sending the missing or correct item(s).
If you have ordered any wrong item(s) , we are not liable for exchanging it or accepting to return it.
Exchange Policy
For items to be exchanged, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. If you want to exchange an item, you must contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order. Please include your order number and contact information on the email. Once your email is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, mail the item(s) to us at your own expense. Once received, we will examine the condition of the item and if there are no issues, we will then process your refund or exchange the item. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund. We will also not be responsible for the delivery cost of the exchanged item(s) to you.
